Course and Workshop Refunds

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Students who cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of registration will receive a full 100% refund of all fees paid.

Same-Day Cancellation Policy: Students who cancel on the day of their scheduled in-person workshop may reschedule to a future date and will receive a 75% refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Zoom-Based Services

Virtual Consultations and Coaching: For Zoom-based consultations, coaching sessions, and implementation services, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If a student is unhappy with the service provided, they may request a full 100% refund within 24 hours of completing their Zoom session.

Refund Processing

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
Processing fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from refunds where applicable

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

Students who violate our terms of service or code of conduct
Students who are removed from courses due to inappropriate behavior
Cancellations made more than 24 hours after the completion of services (for Zoom sessions)
Requests made after the applicable refund period has expired
Students who leave negative reviews on any public forum and refuse to remove them will be ineligible for refunds.
